Very often, we find that persons “drop” the P.O. Box number, thinking that this is not needed. It is ABSOLUTELY NEEDED. Mail may well be "Returned Undeliverable" if it is not included.

We are located in what the US Post Office considers a "rural area" (along with about 20% of the US population) and delivery is NOT made to our offices, instead ALL mail must be collected from the Post Office Box. There is no alternative.

Stateline is an “unincorporated area” of Douglas County, so the use of Stateline, Zephyr Cove or Lake Tahoe as the “City” is unimportant. Mail is delivered here by PO Box number and Zip Code.

Please also remember to include the "Company Name" on your mail, not just your personal name.
