Our annual renewal service packages offer a great deal of flexibility for change, but please consider the following:

If you are subscribed to a Silver or Gold package, from a business tax perspective, your company has created business “nexus” here in Nevada. If you remove this "nexus", you may subject you business to taxation in you home State.

If you are subscribed to the Bronze PLUS or Gold package,  the privacy or nominee service that we include allows you to conduct business privately without your home State involving itself in your Nevada business. If you eliminate “Privacy” , you would need to be listed on the Nevada Secretary of State’s Website as “Manager” for an LLC or as "President", "Treasurer" and "Director" for a Corporation.

Most States consider a Nevada Company that is “Managed” by Managers or Directors resident in your home State, to be “doing business” in your home State. This requires its registration with your home State Secretary of State. This triggers additional filing fees, the appointment of a home State Registered Agent and often the payment of the minimum annual business taxes. This can also trigger issues with workers compensation insurance etc. Other considerations include the potential liability or security ramifications of having your name and address listed publicly.
