General Incorporation FAQ’s
How long does it take to incorporate/What is the Process?

We file the articles of incorporation with the Secretary of State within hours of receiving your order, (subject to the business hours of the Secretary of State). We then establish a "support ticket" which you will recieve email access to confirming the submission to the State. It takes the State about 24 hours to process and file-stamp Expedited Articles of Incorporation. Generally we receive the "file stamped" Articles back in our office within 48 hours. We immediately obtain the Tax ID (EIN) from the IRS.

PLEASE NOTE: If you did not pay for the Nevada State "24 Hour Expedited" Filing Fee, then you will need to add 10 Days to this time line.

Upon receipt of the Articles of Incorporation we will update your support ticket including a link to the State's web site so that you may confirm the Articles of Incorporation have been filed and that your new company now exists. At that time we also ask you several questions with regard to the "organization" of the Company. We will then establish both the ownership and the Management of the Company (Elect Officers, prepare resolutions, apply for bank account etc.) Once all documents have been drafted we will ship the package to you by UPS 2nd Day.

The entire process usually takes less than a week. Of course you need not wait for the paperwork if you are in a hurry: Once the "organization" is completed (48hrs) then you have the authority and Tax ID etc necessary to execute contracts and conduct business.

PLEASE NOTE: If you did not pay for the Nevada State "24 Hour Expedited" Filing Fee, then you will need to add 10 Days to this time line.
