During the organizational process we facilitate the opening of the Corporate or LLC bank account by preparing corporate/LLC resolutions authorizing the account opening and appointing signatories. We then email to you a Bank required "release document" for signature and return by fax. Upon receipt of your signed release the corporate Bank account application is submitted including all the necessary corporate documentation. The Bank usually contacts you by telephone within 48 hours to confirm the account opening and to arrange for the execution of the signature cards.
