You are right! It has not been a full year yet. We issue our Annual Renewal Invoices about 45 days before your company annual corporate meeting. About 2 weeks later we send out the “annual renewal documents” for your signature and return. This gives everyone enough time to complete the proxies and statements of wishes, prior to the meeting date. Allowing ample time for payment and the return of documents eliminates the need to adjourn annual meetings thereby eliminating adjournment fees as well as State Late fees.
