Per NRS 78.580 or NRS 76.531 a company should be formally dissolved so that the company complies fully with Nevada Law. Please see the next FAQ for a full explanation of the benefits.

If you simply ask us to "terminate" our services, then we will resign as Registered Agent and make no further State filings. Almost immediately your company's status will be recorded as "Defaulted" and in due course the Secretary of State will “revoke” the company’s charter, potentially leaving you exposed to "personal responsibility" for Company debts or obligations.
