Within hours of receiving your order we establish an "online secure support ticket" to which you will receive an email link. The support ticket is the communication method used to update the order progress.

First we confirm submission of the Articles of Incorporation to the State and then we ask several questions with regard to the "organization" of the Company so we can establish the ownership, management, taxation, banking etc. of the Company.

It takes the State about 24 hours to process and file-stamp Expedited Articles of Incorporation. Upon receipt, we immediately obtain the Tax ID (EIN) from the IRS.

PLEASE NOTE: If you did not pay for the Nevada State "24 Hour Expedited" Filing Fee, then you will need to add about 10-20 days to this time line.

Upon receipt of the Articles of Incorporation we will update your support ticket including a link to the State's web site so that you may confirm the Articles of Incorporation have been filed and that your new company now exists. 

Assuming by this time that you have answered our questions, we are now able to draft all the company documents and we will ship the package to you by UPS 2nd Day shipping.

The entire process usually takes less than a week. Of course you need not wait for the paperwork if you are in a hurry: Once the "organization" is completed (48hrs) then you have the authority and Tax ID etc necessary to execute contracts and conduct business.
