Do I have to be a Nevada resident to have a Nevada corporation or LLC?   

No, you do not even have to be a U.S. citizen. You may run your Nevada Corporation or LLC from anywhere in the world, all you need is a Nevada Corporate Office or as an alternative, you would file your Nevada Corporation or LLC as a "Foreign Corporation" (or LLC) in your home or other state, where the business will operate.
