  • Creditor that obtains a "Nevis Charging Order" will be subjected to US Taxation

  • The ability to have only one member
  • Nevis will not respond to a supeona issued by a court other than a Nevis Court
  • Nevis will not co-opporate with Authorities of any country unless it involves a crime
