Business Taxation Explained
Company Taxation General FAQ's
Does Nevada have a State corporate income tax?

There is no Nevada State tax based on income. For companies with no employees performing services within the state there is only a $100 per year tax (administered by the dept. of Taxation). There is no tax return due, since the Tax is called a "state business license fee." For companies active in Nevada (such as ours) there is only a small tax of 0.65% of the actual employee payroll paid. Other distributions/dividends etc. are not subject to this tax.

Additionaly Nevada has no franchise tax, estate tax, stock transfer tax, capital gains tax, personal income tax, inventory tax, tax on corporate shares, inheritance tax, estate tax, gift tax or minimum tax! However to take advantage of this your entity must have a base of operations in Nevada.
