Annual "Trustee" Services - $2500.00
The Trustee is the entity to which the legal title to the asset is transferred by the Settlor (or "Grantor"). While in full control of the trust assets, the Trustee is under a legal obligation to maintain the trust property in the best possible manner for the benefit of the members of the beneficial class. The Trustee is legally precluded from using the trust asset for his own ends. The Trustee MUST be located outside of the United States, or the Trust would be subject to the order of a United States Court and deemed a "United States Trust".

Our Bahamas International Asset Protection Trust Package provides for a Hong Kong Trustee. As a transparent yet "low regulatory" jurisdiction Hong Kong affords the trust and the trust assets a great deal of privacy since there is no registration of, or Government access to your private trust documents.

Because the Trust is established under Bahamas law, this also affords the trust and the trust assets a great deal of privacy since there is also no registration of, or Government access to your private trust documents in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.

The annual trustee fee is usually a flat fee of $2500.00. However in the case where the trustee is managing liquid assets (rather than just LLC memberships/stock in private holding companies), additional trustee fees will be assessed at the rate of 1% of the value of those funds under management.

From time to time the trustee will be required to execute certain documents (such as annual stockholder proxies etc); The annual Trustee Fee includes such document execution, as well as the "initial acceptance" of trust assets (to settle the trust). The annual Trustee Fee does not however include further transactions such as the transfer of assets (after the initial settlement), or other special requests and these will be billed separately according to the time, effort and expertise required to complete the transaction.
