These annual State Fees must be paid along with our renewal services and will automatically be included in our renewal invoice. Upon receipt of payment and the necessary signed documentation, we will complete the below filings to keep your entity in good standing with the State of Nevada.

• Annual List of Officers/Managers - $125.00
  This is a mandatory Secretary of State filing which we will complete for you by the last day of the anniversary month of incorporation.
  
• State Business License - $200.00 (Until June 30, 2011 when it reverts back to $100.00) . Per NRS 360.780, a Nevada Entity is required to pay this fee annually to the Nevada Department of Taxation. Effective October 1, 2009, the Business License Fee will be administered and collected by the Secretary of State's office.
