Within hours of receiving your order, the Articles of Incorporation documents are submitted electronically to the Secretary of State. The State filing fee is only $75.00 for Non-Expedited Articles, but there are additional 2nd Tier filings required within 60 days.

The Secretary of State offers two types of service for Incorporation:

• Regular filing - 7-10 Business Days (depending on workload)
• Expedited filing – 24 Hours - (additional $125.00)

The State "24 Hour Expedite" Filing Fee may be added as an option when you order our services.
