Occasionally your company may have a need for a specially prepared resolution or certification for official purposes. Upon request we will prepare and execute these as "Secretary" or "Assistant Secretary" of your corporation or LLC. If notarization is required the notary service is provided at no charge.

Additionally if you visit our offices, notary services will be provided at no charge.
