This package is needed only in the first year to meet the Statutory filing requirements to form the corporation or LLC. It essentially just covers the State Fees for incorporation, along with the Statutory "2nd tier" of filing requirements that other incorporation companies often "forget" to tell you about. This package is "comprehensive" and includes all the required State Fees due in the first year (total of $300.00) and there are no additional "Surprises".
Within hours of receiving your order, documents are submitted to the Secretary of State. The State files these documents usually within 7 days and your new Corporation or LLC is created. The State "24 Hour Expedite" Filing Fee may be added as an option (US$125.00) more

The Secretary of State offers two types of service for Incorporation:
- Regular filing - 7- 10 days (depending on State of Nevada Workload)
- Expedited filing – 24Hours
