The Secretary of State offers two types of service for Incorporation:

• Regular filing - 7-10 Business Days (depending on workload)
• Expedited filing – 24 Hours - 1 Business Day

We offer the "24 hour Expedite” service option on all incorporations. Simply add this as an option when you order our services.
