No privacy features, No office features, No address etc. This limited services package is ideal for a business already physically located in Nevada or for a business that will add the Foreign State Filing Service, so your business may operate in your home State.
Within hours of receiving your order, documents are transmitted electronically to the Secretary of State. The State files these documents usually within 4 hours and your new Corporation or LLC is created.
NEW: (December 13, 2010) The Secretary of State now accepts electronic filing of Articles of Incorporation. Since Articles transmitted in this manner are usually filed with 4 hours, this has effectively eliminated the need to pay the $125.00 for an "Expedited Filing Service".

This service is ideal for holding assets confidentially or operating a business confidentially in your home State. It is usually very easy to maintain your privacy from the public record, even in your home State, by incorporating in Nevada with the use of privacy or nominee services, then filing as a "Foreign Corporation or LLC" in the State where you wish to conduct business confidentially. This service is available in any State, by purchasing this service and adding the Foreign Filing Service, but since we have had many client requests, we have developed special programs for California and Florida.
